Just a note to let you know how much we appreciated your hard work for us to get our
travel arrangements corrected. Through no fault of yours our first reservations were
changed and would have been out of our budget but with a lot of help from you things
were changed and we had a great holiday at a very very good hotel. Thanks again for
caring and also for delivering our tickets.
